INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINISHING
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 ˚C top and bottom heat. Line the bottom of a rectangular pan with baking paper, grease the sides with butter. Lightly press two-thirds of the crumble into the bottom of the pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough and smooth it out, top with frozen and fresh fruit (you can lightly press it into the cream cheese). Layer the remaining crumble on top.
- 2Bake for an hour and a quarter, and from about 50 minutes, check the color of the crumble on the surface. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil to prevent it from browning too much, or after an hour, switch the oven to bottom baking to finish the bottom.
- 3After cooling, cut into slices and you can decorate each slice with fresh fruit.
