  • 50 ml favorite whiskey
  • 50 ml cream
  • 50 g cold butter
  • 1 large tablespoon pickled green Kampot pepper .pepper..field
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Asparagus
  • Potatoes
  • Green beans

INSTRUCTIONS

    Season the steak with salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a pan and sear the meat on both sides. Remove it from the pan and set aside.

    Pour whiskey into the pan and let the alcohol evaporate completely. Turn off the heat and add cream and pepper, and finally small cubes of butter.
