INGREDIENTS
- 200 g beef meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 ml favorite whiskey
- 50 ml cream
- 50 g cold butter
- 1 large tablespoon pickled green Kampot pepper .pepper..field
- Salt
- Pepper
SIDE DISH
- Asparagus
- Potatoes
- Green beans
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- 2Heat oil in a pan and sear the meat on both sides. Remove it from the pan and set aside.
- 3Pour whiskey into the pan and let the alcohol evaporate completely. Turn off the heat and add cream and pepper, and finally small cubes of butter.
- 4Taste it. And it's done!
