- Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- Mix of green salads
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 10 ml balsamic vinegar
- 30 g cream cheese
- 20 ml olive oil
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Cling Film
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Slice half of the avocado.
- 2Lay out a piece of cling film the size of A4 on the kitchen counter.
- 3Place three slices of salmon side by side in the center of the film. Add the sliced avocado on top of the salmon, followed by a spoonful of cream cheese.
- 4Take the film from each side and gradually tighten until the salmon comes together to form a ball.
- 5Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender.
- 6Place a mix of green salads on a plate, add the salmon ball, season with the dressing, and serve.
