  • 20 g yeast
  • 150 ml warm water

  • Gimar tuna tartare
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 20 g red cabbage

    Pile the flour into a mound and make a well in the center. Add salt, yeast, and warm water into the well.

    Mix everything thoroughly until the mixture forms a dough.

    Shape the dough into flatbreads and place them in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
