INGREDIENTS
- 100 g 70% chocolate
- 100 g whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 2x rolled puff pastry weighing 275 g

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Melt the chocolate with the cream and let it cool.
- 2Unroll the puff pastry, cut each into 8 triangular pieces so that you can wrap the croissants.
- 3Spread the triangular sheets with the chocolate mixture and carefully wrap from the wider edge to the tip.
- 4Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat it.
- 5Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the croissants on it. Brush them with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 6Let cool after baking. Serve with your favorite yogurt or quark and fruit.
