INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g 70% chocolate
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2x rolled puff pastry weighing 275 g

INSTRUCTIONS

    Melt the chocolate with the cream and let it cool.

    Unroll the puff pastry, cut each into 8 triangular pieces so that you can wrap the croissants.

    Spread the triangular sheets with the chocolate mixture and carefully wrap from the wider edge to the tip.

    Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat it.
  • 5
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the croissants on it. Brush them with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Let cool after baking. Serve with your favorite yogurt or quark and fruit.
