INGREDIENTS FOR THE MARINADE
- 1 tablespoon olive oil + extra for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 500 g beef tenderloin steak cut into 25 cm cubes
- Heinz ketchup for serving

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the marinade, add the sliced beef, and mix well to ensure the meat is well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 2When ready to grill, heat the grill or grill pan until hot and drizzle the prepared vegetables with oil. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with pieces of vegetables.
- 3Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes, turning regularly, until all sides of the meat are well browned and the vegetables are tender.
- 4Serve with Heinz Tomato Ketchup and your favorite BBQ sides.
