- Pie crust
- 1 can of condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUMPKIN PURÉE
- 1Preheat the oven to 185 °C.
- 2Wash the pumpkin, cut it in half, and scoop out the seeds.
- 3Then cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 4Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
- 5After removing from the oven, put the flesh from the skin into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water as needed, but the consistency should be thick.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PIE
- 1Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
- 2Whisk the pumpkin purée, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- 3Place the pie crust into a baking form.
- 4Then pour the mixture into the form with the crust and bake for 15 minutes.
- 5After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 175 °C and bake for another 40 minutes.
- 6Let the pie cool before serving.
Tip
You can garnish the pie with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
