  • 100 g fresh tagliatelle noodles
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a medium-sized pot, add lentils that have been rinsed with cold water; no need to soak them beforehand. Cover with cold water, add 2 bay leaves, whole garlic cloves, salt, and pepper, and let it cook according to the type of lentils and your taste until soft, approximately 30 minutes.

    Towards the end of cooking, add the noodles, cook briefly, and drizzle with olive oil. Drizzle more oil over the soup when serving.
