INGREDIENTS
- 300 ml plant-based milk
- 70 g 70% chocolate
- 10 g cocoa
- Pinch of salt
- 1 heaped tablespoon of sugar
- ¼ vanilla pod
- Pinch of chili (to taste and preference, optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pour the milk into a saucepan, add vanilla and cinnamon, bring to a boil, then let the spices infuse for about 25 minutes.
- 2After 25 minutes, remove the spices and heat the milk again. Add cocoa, vanilla, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Whisk until combined and blend with an immersion blender until smooth to achieve a fluffier chocolate.
