INGREDIENTS
- 500 g chicken breasts
- 50 g white wheat plain flour
- 1 teaspoon sweet ground paprika
- 1 egg size M
- 3 tablespoons semi-skimmed milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 70 g breadcrumbs
- 60 g Parmesan (finely grated)
- 200 ml rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the chicken meat: Slice it lengthwise to make it thinner and salt it.
- 2Now prepare 3 deep bowls: In the first, put flour, 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and paprika. In the second, beat the eggs with milk and a pinch of salt, and in the third, mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan.
- 3Pour about 0.5 cm of oil into a deep pan (⌀ 20–22 cm) and heat it. First, coat the chicken meat in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs with Parmesan. Fry the prepared schnitzels on a low to medium flame for 2–4 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the meat).
