INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium-sized zucchinis (400 g)
- 1 egg size M
- 30 g Parmesan (finely grated, can be omitted)
- 50 g plain white flour
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the zucchinis: Wash the zucchinis, grate them coarsely, salt them, set aside, and let them release water.
- 2After some time, squeeze out the excess water from the zucchinis and place the grated zucchinis into a medium-sized bowl along with 1 egg, finely grated Parmesan, and plain flour. Peel the garlic and press it into the bowl. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper, and shape the mixture into patties (⌀ 6–7 cm).
- 3In a medium-sized pan, heat 3 tablespoons of canola oil over medium heat. Place the prepared patties into the heated oil and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 4Divide the finished fritters into individual portions and serve.
