INGREDIENTS
- 100 g of white head cabbage (finely chopped)
- ½ onion
- 3 eggs size M
- 80 g of oat flour (finely ground oat flakes)
- 220 g of pre-cooked canned chickpeas (drained)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the vegetable mixture. Place all the ingredients except the olive oil into a food processor or electric chopper and grind finely.
- 2Then, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Shape the resulting vegetable mixture with your hands into any shape resembling a patty or schnitzel and fry in the heated pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- 3Divide the fried vegetarian vegetable schnitzels onto individual plates and serve.
