INGREDIENTS
- 250 g milk
- 40 g fine oat flakes
- 20 g butter
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60 g honey
- 150 g almonds
- 100 g apricots
- 100 g cranberries
- 100 g plums
FOR FINISHING
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 30 g pistachios

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Chop the almonds into smaller pieces with a knife, and cut the apricots and plums into small cubes.
- 2In a saucepan, bring the milk with the oats to a boil and cook for a few minutes until the oats break down into a porridge. Add butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the ingredients are combined.
- 3Add the chopped fruit and almonds to the mixture and stir. Use a spoon to form patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 °C. After baking, let the florentines cool before peeling them off the parchment paper.
- 4Melt the chocolate in a water bath and decorate the florentines or dip them in the chocolate. You can garnish with chopped pistachios.
