INGREDIENTS FOR PASTA SALAD
- 350 g of pasta, e.g., macaroni
- 2 large meaty tomatoes
- 50 g of mixed leafy salads
- 200 g of prosciutto crudo
- 200 g of brown mushrooms
- 2 rolls
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 2 heaping tablespoons of honey
- 2 heaping tablespoons of French mustard
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 5 tablespoons of hot water

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions.
- 2In the meantime, prepare the dressing. Mix all the ingredients together into a smooth dressing.
- 3Once the pasta is done, rinse it in cold water.
- 4Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Also cut the slices of prosciutto into cubes, and the mushroom caps into slices.
- 5Sauté the prosciutto in a pan, once it releases fat, add the mushrooms and sauté together until the mushrooms are soft.
- 6Mix the pasta with tomatoes, salad, and combine with the dressing.
- 7Add the sautéed prosciutto with mushrooms, season the salad with pepper, and salt to taste if necessary.
- 8In the same pan, toast the diced rolls until crispy. Serve the salad with crunchy croutons.
