  • 90 g semi-skimmed Greek yogurt (5% fat)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 tablespoon full-fat mustard
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, boil the eggs: Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Once the water is boiling, add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Then remove from heat and immediately cool with cold water.

    In a larger bowl, mix yogurt, dill, and mustard. Peel the cooled eggs, chop them into small pieces, and add to the bowl. Mix everything, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and serve.
