INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semolina
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pineapple
- 4 kiwis
- 2 teaspoons vanilla paste
- 20 g cinnamon sugar
- 250 g butter

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix flour, semolina, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- 2Grate the whole butter and divide it into two halves.
- 3Dice the kiwi and pineapple and sauté them in a little butter.
- 4Once the fruit releases its juice, add cinnamon sugar and vanilla paste, stir, and remove from the heat.
- 5Divide the dry mixture into two halves.
- 6Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the first half of the dry mixture onto it.
- 7Place one half of the grated butter over the dry mixture and spread it evenly.
- 8Add the fruit filling (including the juice) on top of the mixture.
- 9Sprinkle the remaining dry mixture over the fruit and then add the second half of the grated butter.
- 10Bake for 45–60 minutes at 200 °C.
