INGREDIENTS
- 210 g all-purpose flour
- 140 g softened butter
- 70 g powdered sugar + for dusting
- 1 egg yolk
- Apricot jam
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Place flour, butter, sugar, and egg yolk in a bowl and work into a dough.
- 2Flour your work surface and roll out a sheet approximately 3mm thick.
- 3Cut out egg shapes and in half of them, cut out circles to represent yolks.
- 4Bake for about 10 minutes at 180° C.
- 5Let cool.
- 6Dust the egg shapes with cutouts with powdered sugar.
- 7Then spread jam on the whole egg shapes and stick them together. Always join an egg with a cutout and a whole egg.
