- 2 medium chicken breasts (2× approx. 180 g)
- 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley (or fresh cilantro)

- 3 tablespoons liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 50 ml water (or chicken broth)
- Juice of 1⁄2 medium lemon
- 6 cloves of garlic

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces about 2 cm × 2 cm in size.
- 2Take a sealable container, put in the chopped chicken breasts, and add cornstarch and salt. Then cover the container with a lid and shake it - this will coat the chicken quickly and evenly.
- 3Prepare the sauce: Take a cup, add honey, soy sauce, water, lemon juice, and salt, then peel the garlic, press it into the cup, mix everything, and set the finished sauce aside.
- 4Prepare a pan and heat canola oil in it. Then add the coated chicken pieces to the pan and fry them on high heat for 6–8 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
- 5Reduce the heat to medium, pour the prepared sauce over the fried chicken pieces in the pan, and cook for 4–6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 6Sprinkle the finished chicken with chopped parsley and serve.
Tip
Serve the finished chicken with rice. Besides parsley, you can also garnish it with white or black sesame seeds, roasted garlic slices, and ground chili.
