INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g pork tenderloin
  • 120 g yellow onion
  • 200 g red pepper
  • 150 g white pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 150 g peeled canned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet ground paprika
  • 100 ml water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Clean the pork tenderloin and cut it into strips. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Remove the seeds from both the red and white peppers and cut them into strips. Peel the garlic and grate it finely.

    Prepare a pan and heat 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in it over medium heat. Then add the sliced pork tenderloin to the pan and sauté it for 5–6 minutes over medium heat.

    Add the sliced onion and peppers to the pan and sauté everything for another 3–4 minutes over medium heat.

    Add the canned chopped tomatoes, grated garlic, tomato paste, ketchup, ground paprika, salt, pepper, and 100 ml of water to the pan, cover with a lid, and let the whole mixture cook for 12–13 minutes over medium heat until the pork is tender.

    Once the pork is tender, turn off the heat, divide the finished goulash into 3 plates, and serve.
