- approx. 800 g turkey thigh steak
- 125 g mozzarella
- 100 g prosciutto crudo
- 4 large yellow carrots
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Radish microgreens
- Olive oil
- Grill seasoning
- Salt
- Baking paper
- Aluminum foil
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees - top and bottom heat. Clean the meat and cut it into 8 smaller pieces. Brush with oil, season, and salt. Sear quickly in a pan. Then wrap each piece in prosciutto, place in a baking dish lined with baking paper, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Then uncover the aluminum foil, top with sliced mozzarella, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the carrots lengthwise. Sauté slowly in butter for about 10 minutes until the carrots are al dente. Sprinkle with sugar and let caramelize.
Serve the baked meat with carrots, sprinkled with radish microgreens.
