INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Butter for greasing the pan

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Grease the bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour.

    Pour the batter into the pan.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Then reduce to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes.

    Then insert a skewer into the cake. If the batter sticks to the skewer, bake for another 5-8 minutes. If the skewer comes out dry, remove the cake from the oven.

    Let the cake cool down.

    Once the cake is cool, place a plate on the pan and turn it over.

    Finally, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
