INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup ground hazelnuts
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 package baking powder
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Butter for greasing the pan
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix all the ingredients together.
- 2Grease the bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour.
- 3Pour the batter into the pan.
- 4Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Then reduce to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes.
- 5Then insert a skewer into the cake. If the batter sticks to the skewer, bake for another 5-8 minutes. If the skewer comes out dry, remove the cake from the oven.
- 6Let the cake cool down.
- 7Once the cake is cool, place a plate on the pan and turn it over.
- 8Finally, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
