INGREDIENTS
- 1 puff pastry (rolled out)
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Agave syrup (or honey)
- Egg
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Mint for garnish
YOU WILL ALSO NEED

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Brush baking paper with syrup or honey and arrange the fruit on it.
- 2Cut the puff pastry into rectangles. They should be 0.5 cm longer on each side than the fruit on the baking sheet.
- 3Place each rectangle over the fruit and wrap the fruit.
- 4Brush with egg and bake.
- 5Bake for about 20 minutes at 190°C.
- 6The baked boats should have a golden color.
- 7Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes.
- 8Use a spatula to lift each boat and turn it over. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint.
