  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika

  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

  • 200 g white yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHICKEN WINGS

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ground paprika, coriander, and chili powder.

    Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Then season them with salt and pepper.

    Add the wings to the marinade and mix well to ensure they are fully coated. Let the wings rest in the marinade for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

    Preheat the grill to medium temperature. If using a charcoal grill, aim for a temperature around 175-200 °C.

    Grill the wings for about 20-30 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and crispy. During grilling, regularly baste the wings with the remaining marinade to keep them juicy.
