- 200 g white yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHICKEN WINGS
- 1In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ground paprika, coriander, and chili powder.
- 2Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Then season them with salt and pepper.
- 3Add the wings to the marinade and mix well to ensure they are fully coated. Let the wings rest in the marinade for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
- 4Preheat the grill to medium temperature. If using a charcoal grill, aim for a temperature around 175-200 °C.
- 5Grill the wings for about 20-30 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and crispy. During grilling, regularly baste the wings with the remaining marinade to keep them juicy.
- 6After grilling, let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.

- 1In a bowl, mix white yogurt and mayonnaise.
- 2Add lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, ground cumin, and ground paprika.
- 3Mix well and then add chopped parsley.
- 4Let the dip rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
