  • 100 g of English bacon
  • 500 g of cauliflower
  • 100 g of Balkan cheese
  • 125 g of mozzarella
  • 220 g of peeled chopped canned tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat your oven to 220–225 °C and prepare a medium-sized baking dish (approximately 30 cm x 25 cm).

    Cut the English bacon into small cubes and place them in the baking dish. Then put it in the preheated oven and let the bacon render slightly at 220–225 °C, which will take about 10 minutes.

    In the meantime, prepare the other ingredients: Break the cauliflower into florets, crumble the Balkan cheese, and cut the mozzarella into smaller cubes.

    Take a large bowl, add the cauliflower florets, mix them with the crumbled Balkan cheese, mozzarella cubes, canned tomatoes, dried oregano, and olive oil, and season everything with salt and pepper.

    Place the prepared cauliflower into the baking dish with the rendered bacon, mix, and bake for 16–17 minutes at 220–225 °C.

    Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven, divide it into 4 servings, and serve.
