INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
- 170 g of all-purpose white flour
- 80 g of white granulated sugar
- 12 g of baking powder
- 1 egg size M
- 150 ml of buttermilk (1.5% fat)
- 30 ml of canola oil (or butter in liquid form)
- 400 g of frozen or fresh blueberries
- Salt
INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUMBLE
- 90 g of all-purpose white flour
- 50 g of white granulated sugar
- 50 g of butter (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking dish (approximately 25 cm × 15 cm) lined with baking paper.
- 2In a smaller bowl, mix all the ingredients for the crumble and set the bowl aside for now.
- 3Now prepare the dough: In a larger bowl, combine 170 g of all-purpose flour, 80 g of granulated sugar, and baking powder, then add 1 egg, 150 ml of buttermilk, and 30 ml of canola oil. Mix everything until smooth and pour the resulting dough into the lined baking dish.
- 4Spread the blueberries over the dough and sprinkle with the prepared crumble.
- 5Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40–45 minutes at 175–180 °C.
- 6After baking, let the cake cool and then serve.
