INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH (1 cup = 250 ml)
- 2 cups of coarse flour
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
- 2 soft curds (500 g)
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Parchment paper
- Wooden skewers
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix all the ingredients for the dough together.
- 2In another bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling.
- 3Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the dough onto the tray.
- 4Spread the dough evenly over the entire tray.
- 5Take a teaspoon and place the curd filling onto the cocoa dough. Make regular mounds with approximately 1.5 cm gaps.
- 6Then, using a skewer, connect the curd filling with the cocoa dough. Do this by inserting the skewer into the dough on one side and dragging it across the bottom to the other side, connecting the entire tray in this way. Then turn the tray vertically and do the same.
- 7Bake for about 25-35 minutes at 180 °C.
- 8Check if the cake is baked by inserting a skewer.
- 9Let the cake cool and finally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
