Ingredients
- 300 g penne pasta
- 200 g canned tuna in its own juice
- ½ medium cucumber
- 1 large red pepper
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 40 g mayonnaise
- A pinch of salt

Instructions
- 1Take a larger pot, fill it with enough water to cook the pasta, and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Then salt the water, add the pasta to the pot, cover with a lid, and cook for 15–16 minutes over high heat.
- 2In the meantime, prepare a larger bowl, drain the tuna, dice the cucumber and pepper, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place the chopped vegetables and drained tuna into the prepared bowl, add the plain yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- 3Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and cool it thoroughly under cold water. Add the cooled pasta to the other ingredients in the bowl, mix everything together, and let the resulting mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 4After resting, take the salad out of the refrigerator, divide it into 4 servings, and serve.
Tip
You can also add fresh arugula or lamb's lettuce to the salad.
