Ingredients

  • 200 g of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tortillas
  • 150 g of ham
  • 3 handfuls of fresh baby spinach

  • Cucumber
  • Carrot

Instructions

    In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese with lemon juice. Then peel the garlic, press it into the bowl with the cheese mixture, mix, and season the resulting mixture with salt and pepper.

    Spread 3 tortillas on the work surface and evenly spread the prepared cheese mixture over the entire surface.

    In the center of each tortilla, spread ⅓ of the ham so that the slices cover as much of the tortilla surface as possible without overlapping. Similarly, distribute the baby spinach on the tortillas. However, leave 1–2 cm of free space on one side of each tortilla without ham and spinach, where only the cheese mixture is spread.

    Roll each tortilla towards the free space on its surface so that it holds together. If you can't manage this, secure the rolled tortilla with a toothpick.

    Cut each tortilla crosswise into 6 equally sized pieces and serve the resulting rolls immediately.
Tip
You can also add thinly sliced red pepper, cucumber, or carrot to the tortillas.
