Ingredients
- Creamy white bean soup
- 300 ml chicken broth
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 20 ml sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- 1Prepare a blender, add beans from 1 can including the liquid, pour in the chicken broth, and blend.
- 2Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Drain the beans from the second can.
- 3Prepare a pot and heat sunflower oil in it over medium heat. Then add the chopped garlic to the pot and sauté it for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
- 4Add the blended beans with broth, dried rosemary, drained beans, salt, and pepper to the pot with the garlic and bring the contents of the pot to a boil over high heat. Then reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot with a lid, and cook the soup for 10–11 minutes.
- 5Turn off the heat and serve the finished soup immediately.
