- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Instructions
- 1Prepare a 250 ml canning jar and pour in the whipping cream and vinegar. Then close the jar and shake it in your hands for about 30–60 seconds until the mixture slightly thickens.
- 2Let the mixture in the jar sit for 5–6 hours on the countertop or overnight in the refrigerator.
- 3Store the finished sour cream in the refrigerator, where it will last for 4–5 days.
- 4The given amount of ingredients will yield approximately 200 g of sour cream, which is the same amount as 1 standard store-bought package.
