- 3 eggs
- 50 g pork ham
- 100 g spreadable butter
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1Pour a sufficient amount of water into a small pot for boiling eggs and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Then place the eggs in the water, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 8–9 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, cut the pork ham into thin strips.
- 3Once the eggs are cooked, drain them and cool them thoroughly with cold water. Then peel the eggs and cut them into small cubes.
- 4Prepare a medium-sized bowl, add the chopped ham, chopped eggs, spreadable butter, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, lightly mash the entire mixture with a fork and mix.
- 5You can serve the finished spread immediately. Alternatively, store it in the refrigerator, where it will last for 2–3 days.
