Ingredients
- 700 g raw sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed or sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- zest of 1 lime (finely grated)
- 1 tablespoon sweet ground paprika
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 215–220 °C and line a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm) with parchment paper.
- 2Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut them into slices about 2 cm thick, then cut them into fries about 1.5–2 cm wide.
- 3In a bowl, mix the fries with 2 tablespoons of oil, corn starch, lime zest, ground paprika, salt, and pepper, then arrange them on the lined baking sheet.
- 4Bake for 25–30 minutes at 215–220 °C. Turn the fries halfway through baking.
- 5You can serve the fries immediately after baking.
