INGREDIENTS
- 1 French baguette (225 g)
- 150 g Cheddar cheese
- 100 g pancetta
- 2 eggs size M
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2Slice the baguette into thin slices. Cut the pancetta into small cubes and fry until crispy in a pan. Grate the cheddar finely, mix it with the beaten egg, mustard, and half of the pancetta.
- 3Mix in the chopped parsley and season with pepper. Spread the mixture on the sliced baguette and sprinkle with the remaining pancetta.
- 4Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
