INGREDIENTS

  • 1 French baguette (225 g)
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 100 g pancetta
  • 2 eggs size M
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground black pepper

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Slice the baguette into thin slices. Cut the pancetta into small cubes and fry until crispy in a pan. Grate the cheddar finely, mix it with the beaten egg, mustard, and half of the pancetta.

    Mix in the chopped parsley and season with pepper. Spread the mixture on the sliced baguette and sprinkle with the remaining pancetta.

    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
