Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken meat
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1/2 piece of broccoli
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 220 g whole grain pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • Parsley

Instructions

    Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and salt them. Cut the mushrooms into quarters, divide the broccoli into florets. Chop the onion finely, slice the garlic. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and brown the chicken on all sides. Set it aside and add the mushrooms and onion to the pan, sauté, then add the sliced garlic. Sauté for a minute and remove from heat.

    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and reserve the liquid. Cook the broccoli until semi-soft.

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

    Add the pasta, chicken pieces, frozen peas, broccoli, sour cream, grated cheese, chopped parsley, and 200 ml of the reserved pasta liquid to the pan with the mushrooms. Salt to taste. Mix and place in a baking dish approximately 20 x 30 cm in size. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
