INGREDIENTS
- Two salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 chili
- Jasmine rice
- Sesame for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, chopped spring onion, ginger, garlic, and chili.
- 2Stir and marinate the salmon fillets with the sauce you prepared. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 3Preheat your oven to 180°C, place the salmon in the oven for 15 - 18 minutes.
- 4Cook jasmine rice according to the instructions and serve with the baked salmon, finally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
