INGREDIENTS

  • Two salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 chili
  • Jasmine rice
  • Sesame for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, chopped spring onion, ginger, garlic, and chili.

    Stir and marinate the salmon fillets with the sauce you prepared. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Preheat your oven to 180°C, place the salmon in the oven for 15 - 18 minutes.

    Cook jasmine rice according to the instructions and serve with the baked salmon, finally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
