INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 250 ml whole milk or whipping cream
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

    Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, and whisk them. Pour in the milk, add the flour and sugar, and mix into a thinner batter.

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a round cake tin with baking paper. Pour the batter into it and spread the blueberries over it. Finally, cut pieces of butter and place them on top.

    Bake the sponge cake for approximately 30 minutes. The surface should be beautifully golden. After baking, sprinkle the sponge cake with powdered sugar.
