Ingredients
- 160 g fine oats
- 100 g plain yogurt
- 50 g honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 large apples

Instructions
- 1First, preheat the oven to 180 °C, prepare a baking dish (15 cm × 20 cm), and line it with baking paper.
- 2Then take a larger bowl, add the oats, plain yogurt, honey, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and coconut oil, and whisk everything into a smooth batter. Next, wash the apples, grate them coarsely with the skin on, and mix them into the batter. Pour the resulting mixture into the baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes at 180–190 °C.
- 3After baking, remove the cake from the oven, cut it into 4 portions, and serve.
TIP
- 1Add coarsely chopped dark chocolate (min. 70%) or coarsely chopped nuts of your choice to the batter.
