Ingredients

  • 160 g fine oats
  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • 50 g honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 large apples

  • Chopped nuts of your choice

Instructions

    First, preheat the oven to 180 °C, prepare a baking dish (15 cm × 20 cm), and line it with baking paper.

    Then take a larger bowl, add the oats, plain yogurt, honey, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and coconut oil, and whisk everything into a smooth batter. Next, wash the apples, grate them coarsely with the skin on, and mix them into the batter. Pour the resulting mixture into the baking dish and bake for 25⁠–⁠30 minutes at 180⁠–⁠190 °C.

    After baking, remove the cake from the oven, cut it into 4 portions, and serve.
