INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 120 g almond flour
- 30 g smooth buckwheat flour
- 140 g cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons (10 g) baking powder
- 20 g cane sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Sunflower oil
- 100 g sour cream
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Crack the eggs into a bowl, add almond and buckwheat flour, milk, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk with a whisk until smooth.
- 2Drizzle oil onto a pan, spread it with a brush, and heat over medium heat. Reduce to low heat and form pancakes on the pan with a diameter of 10 cm. For this, 2 large tablespoons of batter are sufficient.
- 3Cook until golden brown, flip, and cook on the other side. Place the finished pancakes on a rack.
- 4Serve with sour cream, fruit, and pecans.
