INGREDIENTS
- 400 g chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon ground smoked paprika (you can also use sweet)
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed or sunflower oil
- 120 g red onion
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 120 g cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 200 g romaine lettuce
- Salt
- Pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ handful fresh dill
- 150 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- Juice of ½ small lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and prepare a pan suitable for the oven.
- 2Wash the chicken breasts and place them in a large bowl. Then add smoked paprika, dried garlic, dried oregano, 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper, and mix. Next, heat the prepared pan dry over high heat, place the seasoned chicken breasts in it, and fry them for 3 minutes on each side over high heat. Then place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 9–10 minutes at 195–200 °C.
- 3In the meantime, prepare a clean large bowl and get the other ingredients ready: Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the cucumber and feta cheese into small cubes, and the romaine lettuce into thin strips. Put everything in the prepared bowl and mix.
- 4Once the chicken breasts are baked, remove the pan from the oven and slice the roasted meat.
- 5Then prepare the yogurt dressing: Peel and finely grate the garlic and finely chop the dill. Then take a small bowl and mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in it.
- 6Divide the salad from the bowl into 4 portions and add slices of roasted meat to each. Finally, drizzle each portion of salad with yogurt dressing and serve.
