INGREDIENTS
- 400 g chicken thigh fillets
- 1 egg
- 150 g cornflakes
- Salt
- Spring onion
- 1 tablespoon oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Clean the chicken meat from tendons and fat and cut it into pieces approximately 3x3 cm in size. Salt the meat. Crack the egg and beat it with a fork, adding a pinch of salt. Pour the cornflakes into a bowl and crumble them with your hands. It's okay if some pieces remain whole. Dip the meat in the egg and then coat it in the cornflakes. Arrange the strips in the basket of the air fryer, drizzle with oil, and bake for 10 minutes at 200 °C. Turn halfway through the cooking time.
