- 100 g Edam cheese (30% fat in dry matter)
- 8 eggs size M
- 200 ml semi-skimmed milk

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, start preheating the oven to 185–190 °C, prepare a pan with a diameter of at least 27 cm suitable for the oven, and grease it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 2Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, wash the broccoli and break it into small florets, and finely grate the Edam cheese. Then prepare a larger bowl, crack 8 eggs into it, add milk, grated Edam cheese, broccoli florets, halved cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- 3Pour the resulting egg mixture into the greased pan, place the pan in the oven, and bake for 40–45 minutes at 185–190 °C.
- 4After baking, remove the frittata from the oven, divide it into 4 portions, and serve.

- 1Serve the frittata with finely chopped fresh chives.
