  • Box – Baked Cauliflower in a Dish
  • 300 g (lean) minced beef
  • 60 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • Olive oil

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    Clean the vegetables. Slice the red potatoes. Place the potato slices in a pot, cover with water until submerged. Boil for 3-4 minutes, rinse with cold water in a colander, and drain.

    Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion. Halve the leek and slice into half-moons. Cut the cauliflower into florets and the peppers into cubes.

    Then, heat 1 tablespoon of (olive) oil in a pan and fry the minced meat for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Add the onion, leek, pepper, cauliflower, and seasoning mix, and sauté for another 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and mix with crème fraîche.

    Spoon the vegetable and minced meat mixture into a baking dish and cover with potato slices. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
