INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g peeled split red lentils in dry state
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed or sunflower oil
  • ⅓ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Pour water over the red lentils and let them soak for 8 hours (ideally overnight).

    After the specified time, drain the lentils and rinse them well under cold water. Then place them in a blender, add 180 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of oil, and ⅓ teaspoon of salt, and blend everything into a smooth batter.

    Now prepare a medium-sized non-stick pan with a diameter of about 20 cm and heat it dry over medium heat. Then reduce the heat to low to medium and gradually prepare 4 flatbreads from the prepared batter in the pan – pour ¼ of the batter into the pan each time and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side.

    Serve the finished flatbreads immediately or store them in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 days.
