INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of distilled vinegar
- 400 g of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of chopped dill
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of ground red paprika
- a pinch of chili to taste
- 2 pieces of pita bread
- a pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the yogurt by mixing it with chopped fresh dill, pressed garlic, and salt.
- 2In a large pot, bring 2-3 liters of water to a boil, add vinegar, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to half so that the water only gently simmers. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Create a whirlpool in the water and pour the eggs into the center of the whirlpool. Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes. After cooking, place the eggs in cold water. Cook all the eggs in this way.
- 3Melt the butter to a liquid consistency and mix it with ground red paprika and chili.
- 4Toast the pita bread in a pan, oven, or toaster.
- 5Divide the seasoned yogurt into bowls. Place the eggs on top, drizzle with butter, garnish with a sprig of dill, and serve.
