INGREDIENTS
- 1 Hermelín or camembert
- 100 g Cheddar
- 100 g Gouda
- 100 g fuet
- 100 g Prosciutto crudo
- 100 g dried salami, e.g., Salame Milano
- cherry tomatoes
- grapes
- blueberries
- pecan nuts
- honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the Hermelín into 12 equal parts.
- 2Slice the Gouda into triangle-shaped slices.
- 3Cut the Cheddar into cubes, and the fuet into thin slices.
- 4Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash the grapes and blueberries.
- 5Arrange the Hermelín in the center of the board and rotate each piece slightly.
- 6Stack several slices of dried salami with a 1 - 2 cm gap, then fold them along the longer side and roll the entire strip. This will create a rose shape. Arrange the other ingredients on the board as desired, filling the gaps with fruit.
- 7Finally, place honey in a small bowl or jar on the Hermelín.
