  • 1 Hermelín or camembert
  • 100 g Cheddar
  • 100 g Gouda
  • 100 g fuet
  • 100 g Prosciutto crudo
  • 100 g dried salami, e.g., Salame Milano
  • cherry tomatoes
  • grapes
  • blueberries
  • pecan nuts
  • honey

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the Hermelín into 12 equal parts.

    Slice the Gouda into triangle-shaped slices.
  • 3
    Cut the Cheddar into cubes, and the fuet into thin slices.

    Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash the grapes and blueberries.

    Arrange the Hermelín in the center of the board and rotate each piece slightly.

    Stack several slices of dried salami with a 1 - 2 cm gap, then fold them along the longer side and roll the entire strip. This will create a rose shape. Arrange the other ingredients on the board as desired, filling the gaps with fruit.

    Finally, place honey in a small bowl or jar on the Hermelín.
