INGREDIENTS
- 200 g whole grain spelt flour
- 3 tablespoons Dutch cocoa
- 200 ml skimmed milk
- 2 medium-sized eggs
- 60 g liquid honey
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 80 g coarsely chopped dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a bread pan (13 cm × 23 cm) with baking paper.
- 2In a medium-sized bowl, place all the ingredients except the chocolate and whisk to form a smooth batter. Then stir in the chocolate and pour the resulting batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes at 180–190 °C.
- 3After baking, leave the bread in the pan for about 20 minutes, then remove it and let it cool for another 30 minutes. Finally, divide it into 9 slices and serve.
