INGREDIENTS
- 50 g fine oats
- 30 g butter
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 200 g frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking dish (20 cm × 25 cm).
- 2Now prepare a larger bowl and pour in the oats. Then, in a smaller saucepan, melt the butter over low heat (it will take 2–3 minutes) and pour the melted butter into the bowl with the oats. Next, add honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, and mix everything together.
- 3Then pour the frozen blueberries into the bottom of the baking dish, add the cornstarch, and mix. Next, spread the prepared oat mixture over the blueberries to cover them.
- 4Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes at 180–185 °C.
- 5Then remove the dish from the oven, divide the finished crumble into 6 servings, and serve.
