INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large banana (approx. 160 g)
  • 50 g dark chocolate (min. 90%)
  • 80 g fine oat flakes
  • 1 egg size M
  • 3 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 175–180 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Now prepare a larger bowl. Peel the banana, place it in the prepared bowl, and mash it with a fork. Then chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Next, add the oat flakes, egg, honey, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla extract, corn starch, and a pinch of salt, and mix everything thoroughly.

    Then take a spoon and use it to form circles about 5 cm in diameter from the mixture on the lined baking sheet. The dough should make 12 circles. Once you have used all the dough, place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20–22 minutes at 175–180 °C.

    Remove the baked cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for at least 30 minutes. After this time, they can be served.
