- 120 g whole grain spelt all-purpose flour
- 50 g granulated brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, start preheating the oven to 180 °C and prepare a non-stick donut pan.
- 2While the oven is heating, prepare the donut batter: In a medium-sized bowl, mix melted butter with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 150 ml of milk. Add all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the liquid mixture and work into a smooth batter. Then pour the prepared batter into the donut pan.
- 3Place the pan in the oven and bake the batter for 10–12 minutes until golden at 175–180 °C. Meanwhile, mix sugar with cinnamon in a deep plate.
- 4After baking, coat the warm donuts in sugar, then let them cool for about 30 minutes and finally serve.
