INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g fillets of fresh white fish (sea bass, halibut, cod)
  • 4 limes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ small red onion
  • 1 jalapeño chili pepper
  • ½ bunch of coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Dry the fish, remove the skin, and cut into cubes.

    Juice the limes and lemon and pour the juice over the fish cubes. Cover with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, dice the tomato and cucumber. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and peel it. Then cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Halve the chili, remove the seeds, and chop finely as well. Chop the coriander.

    Mix the vegetables, season with salt, and add to the fish. Keep the juice, mix everything together, and serve.
